While enrolled in the graduate program at Ibaraki University, Mr. Mitsubori founded Unicast Inc. He launched and led a diverse portfolio of businesses, including client work services, IT services, and robotics. Mr. Mitsubori is also active in academic and educational settings alongside corporate management.

He currently serves as a part-time lecturer at Ibaraki University and as a visiting professor at Ibaraki Christian University. Beyond academia, he contributes his expertise as a member of the Ibaraki Prefecture IT Strategy Council and the Hitachi City ICT Research Committee. He also participates as a judge in various business plan contests, reflecting his commitment to corporate social responsibility (CSR).

    General Manager of Sales Department

    Born in Miyagi Prefecture, Mr. Fukuda worked as an engineer at a major systems development company, where he was involved in development related to host computer operations, semiconductor design, and manufacturing.

    Subsequently, drawing on experience in software development, sales, and human resources, he joined Unicast Inc. as an Executive Officer in 2018. He is also engaged in sales activities for contract development projects.

    After beginning his career at NTT DATA Japan Corporation as a new graduate, Mr. Shiki spent over 20 years in the broadcasting and human resources industries, engaged in sales, systems development, and project direction. While deepening his understanding of industry-specific operations, he built wide-ranging, hands-on experience including project management and client negotiations.

    From 2018, he joined Unicast Inc. as a side business, taking charge of leader and project management development support. Strongly identifying with Unicast’s potential and organizational growth prospects, he officially joined the company in January 2023. He is currently dedicated to advancing the business as the head overseeing the entire operation and was appointed an Executive Officer in 2024.
