While a graduate student at Ibaraki University, he founded Unicast, Inc. He launched the client work business, IT service business, and robotics business, leading the development of diverse businesses.
He is also active in the academic and educational fields in parallel with business management as a part-time lecturer at Ibaraki University and a guest professor at Ibaraki Christian University. He also serves as a member of the Ibaraki Prefecture IT Strategy Council and the Hitachi City ICT Study Group, as well as a judge for various business plan contests as part of his CSR activities.

    As an engineer at a major system development company, he was engaged in development related to host computer operation, semiconductor design, and manufacturing. After that, he joined UniCast Corporation as an executive officer in 2018 after gaining experience in software development, sales, and human resources. Engaged in sales activities of contracted development. Born in Miyagi Prefecture.

    After joining NTT DATA Corporation as a new graduate, he worked in sales, system development, and direction in the broadcasting and human resources industries for over 20 years. In 2018, he joined Unicast, Inc. as a sideline, where he is in charge of leadership and PM training support. During this time, he strongly felt UniCast's potential and growth potential as an organization, and officially joined the company in January 2023. Currently, he is in charge of the entire business and is making efforts to promote the business, and will be appointed as an executive officer in 2024.
